Ordered 2 gas powered generators from a company www.audifer.com in the beginning of April 2023. Around April 25, 2023 I received a pair of sunglasses from this company. They informed me that they sent the sunglasses because it was of equal value to the 2 gas powered generators I actually ordered. I have explained to them numerous times via email that the product they sent me is of no value and I have tried to return them but they have also refused to provide me a return shipping label. They refuse to give me a full refund and refuse to provide the two items I have ordered. After numerous emails back and forth from [email protected] since April 25, 2023, they refuse to issue a full refund and still refuse to send the items I have ordered. The sunglasses they mailed me were mailed from Boling Brook, Illinois. I can not locate the business in Boling Brook, IL and they have informed me they are overseas. They refuse to issue a full refund to me because they say they have extremely high shipping costs to mail items from overseas, when in fact it was mailed from within the United States. I live in Georgia and have estimated their shipping costs from Boling Brook, IL to be about $6-7.00. I want them to issue a full refund because they have failed to send me the items I actually ordered. I paid $119.98 total for the two generators I ordered, As of today June 2, 2023 I still have not been issued my full refund! I have copies of the original order as well as the sunglasses I was sent and all of the emails to and from the customer service at Audifer.com. Now the website is no longer available.

I saw the ad on YouTube. I purchased a generator and flower boxes for $70.20. Immediately I tried to cancel the order, and they responded via email, but they did not cancel the order. What I received was a package of flower seeds. They are stating the seeds are of equal value; therefore, keep the seeds, and we will call it even. The seeds came from an address in Reno, Nevada. I am still trying to get my money back, but they keep saying that I would have to return the flower seeds and it will cost too much money for them in import fees if they were to pay for the refund.

This is the latest information I have received.

I ordered from audifer.com a generator for $57. The process seemed legit, tracking number, and email. But it said it was delivered and never came. The post office says the tracking number can't be found. I reach out to the email and get the runaround. Very fake

I ordered a raised garden bed and was shipped flower seeds instead. After contact with them they stated it was their mistake but can't refund the full amount of money or ship proper products

if you look at their website, it says hassle-free return. The company name says Fadel-Beatty Limited, Registration Number 709295, Company address is Suite 10542, Balmoral Industrial Estate, Abbeylands South, Navan Meath, C15 DD72, Ireland. My email today is telling me they can now only give me a 30% refund because they lost a lot of money. I reminded them that another person indicated they didn't send out the right product, therefore they are not out of any money and the product they did send, I didn't receive. My order number is 00007672 and I am unable to upload my emails with them for some reason.

Tracking said my packages were delivered however my post office did not receive. Tracking # and company could not be pulled up. I have sent proof of no packages pending or delivered by my post office since i receive daily emails of my pending mail delivery. Been fighting over a week for a refund. They admitted to sending me wrong package however, I didn't even received what the claimed. Emailing between 2 people over canceling the order and refund. They only wanted to refund me 20% of $79.00. Their error! I am out $79.00.

I ordered off of Facebook Market Place two raised beds for $50, never received and when I went to look up company at BBB, I noticed others had the same experience as me. My credit card will refund the $57 since it is a scam but wanted to let others know about this company.
