I answered an ad on the internet for nano hearing aids, paid $197 for them and they turned out to be amplifiers; so i packed everything up that i got and sent it back to Cranbury, NJ and the email i got saying they got them on Mar 20,2023 (before the guranteed date for re-funds was up) and have never recieved my refund ,which i want. address on the email is Highstown, NJ 08520. buyer beware

I ordered a pair of hearing aides and paid online with my debit card this was on January 20th 2023 in the amount of $177.00

As od February 17th I have not received the item. I have sent many text messages and emails requesting either the hearing aides or refund of my money and have never heard from them.

I search the web after my elderly friend lost her $3 000 hearing aids to buy her an affordable pair . I searched for the top hearing aids and Audious came up . It appeared like a good hearing aid with good reviews and a 90 day free trial with refund. The hearing aids took about three weeks to arrive. My friend tried them immediately. The hearing aids would not stay in her ears . She tried all the ear tips they sent and nothing worked. Audious was contacted by email only!!!! No phone number found!!!!! They instructed me to get different size tips at a store. I bought some other tips but they did not work. I reached out to Audious again and they said they were sorry and they would send me a return label in which they did. I mailed the package back to them in another mailing bag. I received the hearing aids back in the original package within a week!!!! Unbelievable!!! I emailed the return dept [email protected] who emailed me back and said I had to contact Audious.Again by email they granted me a second chance to return and get refunded if I mailed them myself at my cost. I did just that priority mail thru USPS and my tracking number showed it was handed to someone at the return location address CJ Trade Corp. 20 Haypress Rd. Ste 313, Cranbury NJ 08512. I emailed both places to tell them I followed their instructions and the package had been received on Dec 19 th. No response except” help returnly” said to contact the merchant. No refund or other responses!!! I have been given the run around I feel since the purchase!!!! I feel that this is a scam to steal money and commit fraud with their hearing aids especially geared towards the elderly. I realize that $182 is not much to some people but it’s so upsetting I’m dealing with thieves and liars. As a retiree I live on a fixed income just like my friend. It scares me just thinking about how many other people they have scammed and how much money they are stealing from the honest customers!!!!!!!!

Audious hearing aides #A88135 & #A88136 & sanitizing unit. Ordered on email September 3, 2022 for $206 including 3 year warranty. I am a widow, & my hearing is going. I can't afford a $5000 pair of hearing aids. I am on a budget, $206 may not seem like a lot to most people but us nearing 80 is a big deal to our budgets. No refund after one month plus and 18 emails back and forth. They now stopped emailing. Contacted BBB and filed a dispute with my credit card co. Truly a scam as they had absolutly no intention of refunding my money. Let's all stop buying [censored] from China.

Audious.com offers a 90 day risk free trial for hearing aids; however, all attempts to contact them to return the product within the advertised 90 day period have failed to get a response. There is no phone number available for the company and all attempts to reach them through their published contact measures have been ignored.

On November 4, 2021 I ordered a set of hearing aids from Audious.com. I received an email saying it would arrive in two weeks. The tracking only indicates it was shipped on Nov. 5 but has no details such as where it was shipped from, where is it on route or an expected delivery date. I wrote to the company on Dec. 1 and received a reply that the package should arrive within the week. On January 10 I wrote to cancel the order and requested a refund. The company wrote back, "it looks like your order has already processed or shipped from our warehouse, therefore, I am unable to make any changes to it at the time." I wrote back that if it was actually sent it was clearly lost in the mail and I wanted a refund, and received a reply that the company loses all control once a package leaves the warehouse. I complained on the website but the complaint was not posted. This business seems fraudulent.

I ordered these hearing aids for a neighbor and they dont work. Ive sent several e mails and no number to call them I paid 177.00 and 27.00 for a 3 year warrenty .

I purchased these hearing aids from Audious back on December 11th. I paid $177 for the hearing aids and $24.97 for the 3 year warranty. The money was taken out of my account the next day December 12th. According to the tracking ID that i was given, the package shipped back on December 13th and original transit time that I was given was between 10-14 days. After the initial 14 days passed I recieved an email update from the company.

I was just following up on my purchase. I bought these back on December 11th and was told that these would arrive in 10-12, then received an email back on December 22nd that there was a delay in transit. I have not seen any updates on my tracking number either. Just checking to see if there are any updates as to when to expect delivery.

At 10:22 pm on December 27th I received the following response:

We truly apologize for the delay with your order. As per checking here, your package will arrive later than expected but is still on its way. In the meantime, you may check the progress of your order below:

Ideally, this is not our norm and is absolutely not acceptable. Some couriers are experiencing longer shipping times and delays, which is beyond our control, although we certainly wish that was not the case.

We are assuring you that we are working with our shipping partners and doing all we can as to make sure that you get your order as quickly as possible.

I still have not received any updates regarding my purchase, nor have I received anything in the mail. Again the last update I received was an email back on December 22nd that there was a delay in transit. I also checked the tracking link that was provided on Monday (listed below) and have not gotten any updates either from that. The last update that shows on USPS website was back on December 21, 2021, 2:44 am

I waited another week and still have not received anymore emails or updates on both tracking numbers that I was provided. This had lead me to believe that nothing was ever shipped out in the first place. At this point I would just like to get a refund for $201.97.

I wish I had seen these reports before ordering from Audious. The fact that they don't have a phone number should be a warning sign! I live in Canada and they sent the faulty hearing buds from a Canadian address. Is there an organization in the US where we can report them?

I ordered one of their hearing aids. It took about 4 weeks to arrive. The documentation the sent was not for the hearing aid I received. In spite of that, I got it working and actually liked the performance. About a week later, it stopped working. The following is our email correspondence.

In your sales ads you mentioned a no risk purchase since the items could be returned within 90 days for a full refund.

What changed?

Audious advertises rechargeable hearing aids at a price of $196.00 for both ears. I ordered a set of hearing aids on September 13 and was told at the time that, due to shipping delays, I could expect a delivery in about 4 weeks. I waited patiently and after the 4 week time, I emailed the company. An email was promptly returned saying that 'Your order has already been processed and shipped from our warehouse and we are coordinating with our courier for the tracking details. We will let you know as soon as possible once it's available.'

I waited another week and asked repeatedly for a tracking number. I received this message: 'We wish we could control every aspect of your package's journey, but unfortunately, once it leaves our warehouse, we lose any control, although we certainly wish that this were not the case.' No tracking number, no information, no way to find out about my order. This went on for another week until I emailed to tell them that I was contacting ScamPulse.com and I was demandingt a refund.

Audious told me that I would have to 'deny the package' before they would issue a refund. After several more emails from me about posting bad reviews, contacting ScamPulse.com and so forth, I suddenly received a refund. The date I received it was October 30. No explanation, no denying the package, no more insistence that they couldn't track the package.

That tells me that no package was EVER shipped. If I had not pursued it, I would have been out $196.00. This time, they messed with the wrong person. I don't want others to be scammed by this company.

Don't purchase these hearing aids!
Ordered and they took 3 weeks to arrive. One did not work and the other one screeched a loud sound. As stated, they are not a company in the USA and come from Asia. Hard to return as there is no phone number and their email was full. Finally started a dispute with Discover Credit to get a refund. Finally got a return label from them. Money refunded if you are vigilant.

I believe it to be a scam due to never having a difficulty receiving packages, I have tried calling the so called company to no avail I have texed to the number and received a response of I will look into it. Several times and repeatedly received the same response back I was not able to find out just what they are doing to track the order number the tracking number was given to me by the so called company so when I track it of course it showed delivered to my mailbox.

Its sad that us seniors that worked most of our adult lives can not even get what we need like hearing aids and then have our social security taken. I can not afford to donate my little dollars to a sham.

Audious states that their products are shipped within 2 to 7 business day. I waited over a month and still have no product. They also ship directly from china, which is not in their add. Their customer service will only text you lies. Don't waste your time or money with a company like this
