Product not delivered by time promised, then product proved to be garbage. Product returned with the promise of a full refund. Audious confirmed receipt of returned product as well as tracking number from USPS. It has been nearly 3 months and no refund has been offered. They will not respond to email inquiries. Audious is a scam and should be put out of business.
