A man named "Steve Jones" at 213-523-3144 texted me about buying my kayaks. He insisted on me going to auditmyride.com to check for any data about prior kayak damage before he bought it. Auditmyride charges $60 per report. I can't find any information about the website besides the website itself. I spoke to many Los Angeles boat dealers who have not heard of the website. I texted "Steve" to call me to find out about the site, and he never responded. I am suspicious that scammers are getting boat sellers to pay money to get a history report on the boat (like Carfax, but for boats) from auditmyride.com and then taking the money for the report as well as sellers' personal identification and then "ghosting" them.
