After I paid $2,400.00. I received the amplifier and the amplifier damaged my two speakers and the damage costs me about $650.00
I've asked to return the amplifier and I didn't even ask for costs of my speaker damages but the seller is refusing to take amplifier back.
I am filing this to get my money back.

I received the package 11/06/2020 at 1:11pm I installed and play and the amplifier burnt one of my speaker. I notified to the seller 11/06/2020 at 2:25pm. (1hr after i received the package) After the seller and I discussed, I attempt second try with my another speakers. Only the amp from the seller and my another speaker nothing else connected. The amp burnt my another speaker. same side, same component (woofer) First woofer is 400dollars, second woofer is 250dollars. The seller refused my return ask and keep saying I need to contact the manufacturer to repair. I attempted several emails to manufacturer and no answer from a week. The seller told me if I return the package, he will reject the package.
