I use to work for this company. I was lied to during hire. The company made promises that was never kept. They don’t train their staff correctly. And lied in the contract to the guardians about paying the staff. They have a transport, DTA and their first group home. I helped them get the group home going but when it was time to pay their staff, including myself the CEO Tashana Mitchell made me tell her staff that she can’t pay them coming up with more lies. Everyone requested a reason to why she couldn’t pay. Staff looked at the reviews and all Aunnis old employees stated they don’t pay, nor train correctly, very rude and disrespectful. Until I spoke with Tameca and she tried coming up resolution only paying staff 8 hours of work saying its advancements. That is not an advancement. Staff worked doubles trying to help Aunnis and bringing in more people. Aunnis don’t take out taxes and no check stubs. The payroll schedule calendar shows that they are late. They violating the laws Statute: AZ 23-351(C)

“Each employer shall designate 2 or more paydays a month not more than 16 days apart”

“Each employer, on each of the regular pay days shall pay to the employee all wages due the employees up to that date” by

(a) personally delivering the wages to the employee not later than 5 business days after the end of the most recent pay period. No sick or work compensation. She keeps hiring people and can’t pay. Tashana did not let people know that it could be temporary cause DDD will start letting staff go after 30, 60, and 90 days. She call staff floaters. Which was a lie and she started letting go overnight staff due to she can’t pay now.All the staff quit their jobs with a two week notice to work full time at the group home. Before the group home opened she told everyone that she got her financial situation straightened out until payday came August 4, 2023. Every staff working for her bills are behind. When you asked for their help they complain or I called to inform the CEO of client health or incident report. No answer from calls, text nor email. Guardians become concern and tried to express their concerns no answer from the CEO. The house could have been burning down and she wouldn’t care. It’s sad cause people lives are in her hands. Very unprofessional. More violations of the laws. Everyone is getting together to write a letter. Please help the guardians find another company to take over and help please and thank you.
