They offer a 14 day trial to try their products for the shipping charge, whatever that may be (it has changed depending on who you ask. I got two products so about $14). After 14 days if you do not send the product back (not opened?!? How does that make sense for a trial?!) they charge you full price (whatever price that may be- they constantly change it, I was charged $141 twice!). Then they put you into a monthly subscription.
So I didn’t know this until I revcieved the same product again the following month. Then realized I was caught in this disgusting scam!
They refused to refund me for the original product ($141x2 products ($282) because it has been past 30 days since they sent it to me and because it was opened.
They said if I return the products I most recently received (March 19) within 30 days they will refund me. They refunded me my money after I paid for shipping back to them, and they charged me a $9 restock fee X 2) So out of the $282 they said to refund, they refunded me $264.
So they received $578 from me!
1) $14 (that I agreed to)
2) $282 (did not agree to)
3) $282 (did not agree to)
I was refunded $264 so I was scammed out $300!!!!! (282x2 =564. 564-264=300 [i did agree to the original $14 and I didn’t include the $22 I spent sending the product back and tracked!])
For a product that didn’t work! I can’t find anywhere where the costs of this product and as they are constantly changing their website, not one place can I see the *full cost of this product is $141* amazon and random websites offer these products at different costs (way less then what they charged for)
Please please please! Do not! Order from these people!
I attached pictures of what they are that I got off amazon, as their website is now called peraglow or vero revive. (Notice it’s not $141)
Oh, and if anyone knows how to get me my $282 back, I will pay them half of that!
