I purchased expedited shipping which was supposed to take 3-5 business days. After 2 weeks and no package arriving, I emailed their support and was told it will ship the next day. Another week went buy and I hadn’t received anything, so I emailed again asking to cancel my order instead. I was told my order was in transit so they were unable to cancel my order. I had paid for this order 3 weeks ago when I placed my order and on April 19th it will be 2 months since I ordered , my emails are being ignored, no one answers the phone when I call the number provided and their website is no longer available.
