I place an order for two hoodies online I received an email that said I had a delivery exception and it listed my address so that my address was wrong and it could not be delivered and was sent back to sender I checked the address the address was completely correct in the email that they sent I let the people know that they email the address and the email was correct and then I would need my package to be recent out they informed me that I would have to go and order another one correct the address which was already correct spend another $44 for another hoodie and then they would send it out if the address was correct if not it would be delivered and sent right back to them and I would have to therefore order for the third time I checked all of my emails the address was correct I sent them an email asking them could they please just resend the package out because the email that they sent me had the correct address in it or refund my money now I'm being told that due to their policy they just can't do that my address was correct somebody at their company labeled it wrong and they just took my money I bought the hoodies because my son's best friend just committed suicide and they were suicide awareness hoodies you would think a place with Christ in their name wouldn't go around ripping people off
