I bought a sweatshirt from this website and when I received my order I come to find out its the wrong item not even close to what I selected and what was confirmed on the email receipt. I reached out the this company by their "contact us" never got a response back. I tried to email them directly from the confirmation receipt and still no response. This has so far been about two weeks trying to get this exchange or return.
