I was sent a message by an employee of aura’s gals, as well as the cofounder to be an ambassador for their products. I placed an order on April 6th & never received my order or any tracking info. I sent emails to their customer service & messaged the cofounder & employee on Instagram (which they had contacted me from originally) to ask if I could have an update on my order, never responded. Sent a couple more messages asking for any sort of update & then the cofounder herself blocked me. These people steal your money & only fulfill SOME people’s orders

I ordered a feelings blue cropped jumper on the 14th of March. I did not receive any information after my order confirmation, it's been a month and I still haven't coz anything. I have tried contacting them but there is no response

OMG, me too. Today I was written to the dm, less badly I didn't buy. I already had practically added what I was going to buy to the cart. I also found it doubtful at the beginning, but when looking at the page with so many followers one thinks it is serious and real.
First i wrote an account with 2 followers saying that this shop wanted to collaborate with me. I wrote to the store thinking that someone could be passing through them and maybe be able to rip people off. They answered me no, they really wanted to collaborate with me, less badly I read their reviews before buying.

Got a sketchy DM and to be honest, i actually was quite excited at first. but yeah. i have like 250 followers so why would they want to collab with me? also i'm definetly not a model. i'm glad i researched before impulsively buying anything. also i'm pretty sure they bought their followers.

righttt! and they texted me on my spam acc with 162 followers so like, why would they want me lol. i also told my mum abt it and she said it might be a scam then i searched the company up on safari and the first thing i found was that the company was and scam and a BUNCH of complaints

also i'm a guy, which, you know, doesn't matter when it comes to clothing, but still i was confused since they seemed to be a traditionally feminine clothing site for feminine girls.

I was contacted through direct messages on Instagram to collaborate. I purchased an item from their store and received a confirmation email for the order with a tracking number and order number. When I track the order on their website, the order can't be found and the tracking number can't be traced.

I just got their dodgy DM and Googled as I thought it was a scam straight away (why tf would anyone wanna collaboration with me - a private account with 23 followers? ) - was about to reply telling them to stick it up their [censored] but before I do, can I be of any assistance to you? Anything you want me to ask or tell them?
