I placed an order for a Taylor Swift gift box for my kids for Christmas, which was supposed to have two sweatshirts,two winter hats,slippers and I believe necklaces. This order was placed in November and I am now in January and all they keep saying is your order will be delivered soon. I’ve reached out to them via email many times and I keep getting the same email . They refused to refund me and don’t provide any tracking information. I have no date as to when I should receive it when the order was originally placed they said within 7 to 14 business days you’ll have it and here. We are two months later. This company is still up and running under the same name but now their product is Valentine stuff..
