Saw a ad for hoodies for sale. Looks like a regular website. But they take the money and never send the product. Emailed 3 different times with no help. Asked for refund and they told me no.

My son saw a viral tiktok video with over 2 million views for the Porche 911 hoodie. It was advertised as cotton, oversized, good quality, close out sale. It arrived 6 weeks later and it was tiny and it was synthetic - very poor quality. No tag with info about material, where it was made etc. I tried emailing her (she signs her emails as Sarah) but she just fought with me and tried to get me to jump through hoops like taking videos of the product. She never provided me with a way to get a refund. There is not a way to get refunded on the website. She actually called me "annoying" for emailing. After a string of 6 or so emails I have decided to get my money back through my credit card company.

Placed order and received fake tracking number. Attempted to contact through email per website and phone number that showed up on my account. No responde
