I ordered on line to this company on 8/17/2024 and paid $34.95 was the merchandise but never received it. I emailed Auri Collections and a person name Dwayne said they were having computer problems and they would sent it he order out at the beyond the next week but never happened and did not answer any more of my emails

Ordered promised within one week. Order did not show up. Contacted via email as there is no phone number. Heard back via email two days later. Was told one item was out of stock. I would be refunded half of the total and the other item would ship that weekend. Item was never shipped. I attempted to contact four more times with no emails back. Disputed the amount to my credit card company.
