It first showed up as a video on social media. I cannot remember which application. It starts with a younger woman saying she got fired and as revenge, she is giving away her discount so consumers can get free products. They give you a code, “Linda100” and the idea is you only pay shipping and get two items free. I paid through PayPal. I ordered on 7/31/23 and first emailed them on 8/12/23. The person I was in contact with from their company was named Phillip. He lied several times saying it shipping but could never provide me tracking. I even asked if I could know what company would deliver it, but they avoided my questions. The last email I received from them was on 10/3/23 and Phillip said I would be receiving my package in 10-14 days. I emailed back two more times and my responses were ignored. I tried reaching out again today and still have not heard anything.

I saw a video on Facebook, of a woman that stated if you used her code, you could get the jewelry free, just pay shipping. So I went to the website, put in the code, added some jewelry and I basically just wanted to see if it worked. It worked, everything was coming up free, so I added more jewelry until it wouldn't let me add anymore. I then placed the order. I do have email correspondences with them as well, stating that my order was going to be shipped, that it was delayed. That I would receive it in 10 to 14 days things like that, but I've never received it, its still showing on their website, Not yet shipped. Or something like that. I will be happy to forward all of our email correspondences to you if you would like. Just let me know where to send them. Thank you in advance for your assistance in this matter.

An disgruntled influencer who claims to have worked for Auristi says in an advert on Facebook that she will provide you with a code to get jewelry from the auristi.com site for free. You just have to pay shipping. I used the code on their site and it seemed to work. However, I never received anything. I'm wondering if my info was used along with the $39 I paid to have the products shipped to me.

I ordered items on July 9, it is July 26 and i have yet to receive my items or hear from the company.

The jewelry was shown as high end and when received it was poor quality.
