The scammer emails a fake job description / offer to my email and wants to interview me with Zoom. I install Zoom and attend the interview. They sent me W4 with a fake job contract. I filled out both forms with driver's license and Social Security number attachment and forwarded it to [email protected]. I get the job, and this individual states the need for me to buy supplies with my money for work with false promise of reimbursement with three fake checks. Unfortunately, I agreed and complied to steps and lost money with no job. The receiving Zelle: Mary Akingbesote three emails ([email protected], [email protected], [email protected])

I posted my resume online with Career Boutique. Zoom interview with Aurizon Holding, supposedly in Australia, with a Caucasian man who told me he would send me a check to purchase equipment. He emailed a W2 form. I filled it out without my SS number but I did share a picture of my Drivers license which has my SS number on it. he texted to say I had not completed the form with my SS number, adn send it back. I asked why he was sending me a check to deposit. he said it was his company policy to help me understand their policy. The company wants me to get the supplies directly from the vendor. After a few months of working for the company, the supplies become mine. I said I've never done this before and would deposit it into the company account. He has not replied further.
