I ordered clothing items from what I thought was an outlet of JC Pennys. This was in the middle of Oct. I tried getting ahold of them numerous times via email they listed and they never got back to me. Then I get an email stating they delivered it on November 17th at 10:05.17. I never received any such package. I emailed them again several times to let them know and they won’t answer me back. They took the money from my credit card. There was no other way of getting ahold of them except email
