I never received a product and I believe they sold my phone number/email to multiple scammers pretending to be USPS and UPS

I ordered from this company. On February 1st i was sent a confirmation of shipping. On February 14th i asked about the shippi g & was told it was shipped and it should arrive soon. On February 21st I reached out again to be told the same, it was shipped. I finally did a charge back and was contact by them telling me that they were notified of the chargeback and unless i remove the charge back they wont ship my items. They have not responded again since.
