I agreed to receive a free trial of two products that would be shipped if I paid the postage on each item. I did pay these charges thru my bank checking account..I then called the company and talked to a customer service rep that said if I wanted to buy more product, I needed to call back by Sept 10, 2018. I dish not want anymore product and therefore, did not call back. When I called my bank to explain what charge of $89.71 was pending on my checking account , the said it was from Aurora Deep Sea.They told me it was a scam . .they actually m1ean to charge you after 14 days if you do not call back to say you don't want the product renewed. No warning, no email etc. The bank said it it a fraudulent practice and I should report this to my bank's dispute department, the ScamPulse.com and the Attorney General's Office. They will assist me in getting a complete refund.of the charge your company just debeted from my account. You must refund this charge of $89.71 immediately to avoid further action. I signed up for a free trial. I did not agree to a purchase. Not now or in the future.

The site shows many renown individuals (Ellen Degeneres, Michele Obama, Oprah Winfrey, Julia Roberts, Eva Longoria, and Jennifer Aniston) offering testimonials about Borealis Anti Aging skincare and how effective it is after a short amount of time. A free sample is offered for shipping costs of $4.95. After providing relevant info plus credit card number, you hit submit and then a summary page shows different charges from what was advertised. I thought I missed charges and hit the back button until I was again in the ad but NOW the same ad with the same reknown individuals testimonials was advertising a different skincare product, Revyve Skincare. I immediately knew this to be a scam and contacted my credit card company who issued me a new card. I went online and found a site devoted to exposing skincare scams and everyone has essentially the same story. They pay $4.95 for a sample but then are charged monthly (usually $90.00 plus dollars). Many women were bilked out of hundreds of dollars. Why is there no oversight for this deceptive, criminal practice? How can these crooks use the names and faces of notable people in such dishonest ways? I am glad I was not taken but your agency should have more oversight regarding these skincare scams online.

Aurora serum and eye cream purchased for shipping only. No indication that charged would be taken out of account without knowledge. Stated had fourteen days for refund, but when called no answer till after the fourteen days were up. Requested to send unopened items back and was told no I could not return. Told customer service I would dispute charges from my bank and said they would put 50% of money back into my account within 7 to 10 days. I told them I wanted full amount refunded and was told no.
