Scam, glad I found this site!

We were impressed with the professional communication from their emails . I am so glad I did a Google search on them to find these and other reports that they are scammers! Don't fall for the adorable puppy and great communication.

I found Australian Shepard puppies home on my search for a puppy. Thank goodness I saw the posts above and did some more investigation. At first the email exchange was professional, I’m assuming it was a copy and pasted response from an actual breeder. I gave my name and little back ground as to how I would be a good candidate for adopting one of the puppies. I was emailed back and told I would be given a contract , which I received and the unprofessionalism really came threw…. The initial email stated they were in Little Rock Arkansas, the information on the contract gave a phone number from Florida and an address for a home in Bentonville Arkansas. I searched the address and it a vacant home that is listed for sale! Also the website testimonials keeps saying that “Ryan” was so great, the name on the contract is Giovanni Franco Garcia. Thank goodness I was able to figure this out before I was scammed! I hope this can help others. Here is a copy of the contract I was sent.

They have a lot of videos and photos of a family that breeds Australian shepherds, that features a small blond toddler, probably taken from a breeder. It all seems very real. He talks about the puppies personality, he has pictures of the puppies in different ages.

I have checked his phone and address in a paid checking service and the house has never had a resident by his name or his “wife” Nancy, and the phone is listed to a “señora maria”.

He uses both RI and TX area code numbers.

When I asked for a video with him and the puppy he said that his “whatsapp phone” has a bad camera and asked to call using facebook messenger. Then he called saying he eas on a hurry to get back to work, a black screen came up and he played a video showing only puppies in the background, for me to believe it was a live video.

He charged US$ 1.500 for the puppy and US $ 1.200 for the shipping service.

He sent a selling contract as well, most likely copied from a real seller.

After sending him the transfer receipt he said he was going to get all the documentation needed to ship the puppy, after a day, he wrote back saying that for the puppy to be allowed to travel, we would have to pay an extra US$ 1.400 insurance.

They also have a page on facebook with the same name.

I thought I was buying a puppy. The website was so credible and had so many details. The sellers seemed to be dedicated animal lovers but was all a lie. We never received any puppy and the shipping company was asking for a lot of money to deliver it. That is when we knew it was a scam. We even received videos of the dog being shipped

I was looking for an Australian shepherd and came across this website. The website had me fill out information about my location and name before anyone would contact me. Daniel from the so called company reached out to give information on the puppy I had inquired about. But when questioned about his so called AKC affiliation he ignored the question and told me he would get the paperwork for the puppy together for me. I asked again about the AKC and he still hasn't responded, I Google searched the image of his dogs and have found them on pintrest and other websites.
