BEWARE!!!! SCAM!!! australianvisaauthority.org
I stupidly applied for an ETA and the result came back as 'denied'. However, When I checked on the government website, this ETA service is FREE and done through the gov website which means the company never processed any visa application in the first place.

I just applied for an ETA and the result came back as 'denied'. However, When I checked on the government website, this ETA service is 'currently unavailable' which means the company never processed any visa application in the first place.
If the official system is unavailable, then this system should be updated to reflect that without providing fake results.
The actual fee for this is 20 AUD whereas they are charging $40 for absolutely no service
