University Platform pretends to offer drivers education certification. You have to pay to take the course. We paid to take the course, watched the required videos and took the permit exam. The DMV has no record of our completion. I’ve contacted University Platform five times. They’ve given me reference numbers to use, they don’t work. They have no contact number to call them. All they have is a chat service that takes forever and never resolves the issue. It’s only $30, but they could be ripping off hundred or thousands of teenagers and Ive wasted hours of my time trying to resolve this issue and going back and forth to the DMV. They’re a fraudulent company that doesn’t offer the services they promise.
