I hired AUTHORS DIRECT PUBLISHING to publish 4 books back in April, 2024. I paid 3509.00 to them via paypal to a company named

The work was sloppy and everytime i spoke with Noah Wilson, he was coming up with other ideas that would cost. Several times, i said i was opting out but be persuaded me to continue publishing.
By late September, two books were published.
I had previously published with another company and had no problems. However they were expensive and i wasnt sure if i could afford the entire series. I wish i had now.
Authors Direct Publishing discovered these books and tried to publish them as their own.
That matter was eventually sorted but Authors Direct Publishing has not spoken to me since. Half my order is not out.
I can not claim from the banks as its over 4 months since i paid.
I now learn the addressed they used has no recollection of them as tennants.
I dont know whete to go. It seems no one wants to help.
