I received a text for a job to promote a decal on my car. I apply and got this check in the mail with directions. The check in my name and I have to pay the technician. Why I have to pay the tech? Is this a loan or a payment? Once I pay the tech will I be liable for the rest of check? Why the company did not pay the tech directly from their company and send me my payment to start?
