on this date i went to buy a car10/14/2020 i bought a 2011 bmw which was a good running car from them had no problems with it so i refered my son there and he also bought a car from them which 4 days later got in to a car acciedent and it was a total loss so insurance paid him out a cheack in his name and he cash it in to buying another car not from them so when eric the manager found this out he was mad and been herassing me about that ever since that happened. which i had nothing to do with that , my car was repo 3x in 9 months i had to pay over 1600 each time to get it back and this last time i ask him if i can change the contact into lowing my payments now i needed help i spoke to him he said yes no problem let me talk to his boss and for me to get caught up on my bill from the other repo baluance i owed. which i was all caught up and was gonna go in the office talk to him but i got a phone a death in my family so i left out of state and was cummunacating over the phone with him which he assued me everything was ok wait til i got back so then on 09/17/2021 he repo the car i got a phone call from my son i was mad and lied to by eric the unprofessional manager .. so he said when you get back will talk i ask him if he repo the car he said no which he lied then 1 hr later called me said yes the company did i ask him how much do i owe mhe was avoiding me he wanted the keys back then wil talk he said as soon as my son gave him the key he wouldnt answer my phone call said he called police on me for what i dont know so i got back and called him he said come by yourself or i aint gonna talk to u .he said he repo the car for no insurance whic i had a over lap for one day and he repo the car but when he mailed me a notice of intention to dispose of motor vehicle , and on the bottem it ask reason for the repo he put late on carpayments which i wasnt,,
