I tried to cancel my order immediately and get a refund as I have not and will not use the product I paid for. They say they have great customer service but I only receive email stating that my refund will be returned to me in 3-4 business days and/or that they will place a trace on my refund. Nothing comes from these emails but a headache and stress. I paid for their product and have received nothing and I have no clue as to how I would even get what I paid for. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! I believe it is all a HUGE scam. The upload is from the same customer service person I have been in contact with since Nov 3, and today is Dec 16, still nothing.
