I made a huge mistake of hiring these guys (Auto Hauler) to ship my vehicle that I purchased from Chilliwack. They gave me incorrect pricing which was around half of what they ended up charging me. The only guy on the reception, Adam, lied to me so many times straight at my face that I had to ask him for someone else to deal with my inquiries. He said sure and guess what this was another lie, it never happened. Long story short, they picked up my vehicle from the seller's and parked it unattentended in a hotel parking lot for over a week. They lied to me that they had my vehicle in Calgary and I had to pay the amount in full to pick it up. When I paid in full which was twice of what they quoted they started quoting some issues in releasing the vehicle. I called Business Bureau after this and I was told that the way these guys are doing business it is very likely that they are scammers. I was lucky enough to track my vehicle with the help of a third party and found it in a hotel parking lot in Chilliwack. I have written these guys for a refund but no response. I called and they hung up on me. Be careful and spread the word to keep others out of trouble. As per my experience I would say deal in-person only!

This company shipped my car for 2 yrs we had no problem wid them the car are delivered damage free and they keep you updated in time to time for the delivery instructions but they try to delivery on time frame giving to the client
