Similar story, submitted move quotes for transporting my 2013 Kia Soul from Highlands Ranch, CO to Jamaica, NY in early August. Was given the lowest quote from this company with guarantee deposit of $140. Only to have them contact us the day before saying the driver's truck was in the shop and the price to transport tripled. We ended up going with another transporter last minute, but cost us triple of what they had originally quoted. Auto Haulrz did not transport my vehicle, and has kept my deposit after several weeks of requesting a refund. The person was rude (George) and this company should be avoided and is a scam!

I went online August 6, 2023, and asked for a quote for an auto transport from New York to Maryland. Auto Haulrz/Eden Transport Solutions LLC, texted me the same day with a quote. We texted about the details and I let them know a few hours later that I wanted to accept the quote. Ben Hill from Auto Haulrz set up an invoice for an $80 deposit to arrange pickup of the vehicle and a balance of $170 due when the vehicle was delivered. I paid the $80 deposit to the business account ([email protected] - registered to Eden Transport Solutions, LLC) using Zelle, and the company confirmed. The car was not picked up. When I called about the car pickup, I was told there was a delay and I would have to authorize another driver and it would cost $500 dollars. I told them "I do not authorize" and that they should cancel any "agreement" because I suspected a scam. I was then told that I would have to pay a cancellation fee of $150 to cancel and I told them to "just keep your $80 and stay out of court". They agreed to cancel, but I want to help stop them from scamming others. They also have my address and I worry that they can come take the car and pressure me to pay them.

With images of auto transport trucks and several good reviews that make them look legit. Upon frurther inspection, some of the links do not work, you cannot track the invoice number they give you, they do not have a complete company address, the phone number on the website is different from the phone number that is used in the text messages, an email for more info ([email protected]), and the company does not list a motor carrier number or a DOT#.

The correspondence through Google mail also had several email addresses:

And alternate contact info was on the website that I found:

And the numbers +2 360 185 35 65, +2 262 890 80 02 which are out of the USA. Country code 2 is Africa.
