I get about five calls from this business every day. I block numbers, and they keep calling. I tell them to stop calling, and they keep calling. It is infuriating. Since asking to not be called, I'm now getting MORE calls and calls from other numbers who will not disclose their business (one gentleman said "Oh, I'm her old friend" when I asked who was calling. When I said "no you're not" he then said "Oh, then you're saying you're XXXX?" When I said I didn't say that and asked for where he was calling from, he hung up).

I don't know if they're selling my information or where they got my information from, but I am getting to the point of pissed especially since I use my cell phone for business now that I'm working from home. I am so sick of this.

Auto Protection Services would call from VoIP local number and claim they are the warranty processing center for Mercedes Benz USA. They will not tell you that they are "brokers" until you go through the series of questions and transferred to multiple people. I've asked them to stop calling me and they will not. So I called Mercedes USA and verified that they are not with affiliated with Mercedes Benz or 3rd party contractors. Please be careful. My goal is to make others aware and for them to STOP CALLING ME!!!

was sold a auto warrenty protection plan in October was told a one time fee of $250.00 dollars would be taken out of my bank account and that I would recieve paper bills to pay how i could from that point foward. Instead they went in my account 1 week later and took $172.00 from my account, which raised a red flag.I called and cancelled my services and filed a complaint with my bank. The company told me to write a letter to recieve my down payment back,and I did so.That letter was sent in the end of October.I called them 11/29/2016 And was told my check was in the mail.I haven't recieved a check! I called on 01/13/2017 and again was lied to and given another fake number to call that is a voicemail and they never call back. They have been lying and hanging up on me since October! I have recorded most of my calls to these people and it just unbelievable what they have done!!

This company is a scam! They did not come through my dealership.. they just knew I recently made a purchase of a car sending fictitious letters in the mail stating they can sell me extended vehicle coverage. They do not answer the phone professionally and they are skeptical in giving information such as their LOCATION and how I was sent the letter. I asked about their company name and they were nervous on answering my questions. DONT give them a dime.. They are rip offs and they will be exposed. One rep said he was in SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA near the airport. how in the hell I suppose to know where that is... he must think Im some dumb southern gal.. but Im not the one! then he say irvin CA... do your research on these companies before swiping your card. They call themselves "AUTO PROTECTION SERVICES" 1800-208-1492 nowhere in the letter states the company name nor the address. BEWARE! SCAMS
