The mechanic claimed he knew how to install coil overs on an Audi S4. He was not using the correct tools. We told him to stop working. Stepped away for a bit to make a call and found out he broke part of the front suspension, broke bolts and then took off. Stole some of our tools as well.
The damage to the vehicle will cost thousands to repair.
We feel this company is not legitimate. Luckily no money was given to the "mechanic" but the damage he caused is significant.
We "contacted" Auto Tech Wizard to complain. They said he didn't work for them. Really? he responded to the company texts, so this is a lie. The company kept saying they will send someone else out, but after repeated requests for date/timing, they stopped responding. No one answers the phone number on their site as well.
This company is not a legitimate company and the public should be made aware of this.
