In Nov '20 I responded to a craigslist ad for a 2014 airstream rv. The recipient responded from a Hatch engineering firm. They stated they had the trailer stored at the Auto trader garage. They were looking to sell to upgrade to another rv. We exchanged multipl?e emails. I reviewed links provided from the company website and how the rv was to be transferred. They required a wire transfer for purchase. I completed the transfer andreceived a Bill of sale from auto trader garage. I received an email on the day of transport stating the transport vehicle had been involved in an accident. The next day I received an email that the rv transaction could not be complete due to damage of the RV I would receive a refund in 3-5 business days. Neither Auto Trader Garage or the initial seller have responded to emails since. The website is not accessible anymore. I requested a recall of the funds from my Bank, USAA

that were wired to the Bank of America account. Bank of America stated that Auto Trader Garage had not responded to the request. I completed a police report with my local law enforcement. A copy of the police report, Bill of Sale and emails stating I was to receive a refund were ?sent to the Bank of America branch of Auto Trader Garage. As of today Feb'21 my refund has not been issued. I submitted copies of documents to local police and Bank of America to assist with Fraud claim. Please be ware of this company. I completed a search for this company prior to sending the funds. Embarassed and angry doesn't cover it.

I answered an ad for an RV on craigslist. Someone using the email of carolyn.j.fleming replied and said to register with a consignment service called autotrader.com. I did this, wired the money and then received a bill of sale. The RV was to be delivered to me and on the date of delivery I received an email stating that the delivery truck was involved in an accident and that my money would be refunded. I never received the refund.

Phone: +1 (646) 652-6474, as a consignment service and they said the trailer was stored in Idaho at their garage.They required the funds to be wired to East West bank in LA, CA. After a call I made to them to verify the company, the wire instruction was reversed to Bitcoin payment. I refused that type of payment so they switched back to wire transfer.The funds was transferred on 11/16/20. They confirmed the delivery would be on 11/20. On 11/21 they said there was an accident and the trailer was Ok. On 11/23 I received an email quote" sorry the Item suffered damages and we are not allowed to deliver the Item in such conditions. We have started the refund process paperwork for Your transaction".The funds would be refunded within 10 business days. After 10 days, I called both of their numbers, a man who answered the phone said this number is a restaurant number and it's in Moscow, Russia and the toll free had a Russian voice mail. All the links and website are disappeared. Seller's email is blocked.

They will get you to their website which looks legitimate. They offer a 7 day guarantee when they deliver the vehicle which you pay for upfront before they schedule the delivery. They say they have been around since 2009, but where is their social media footprint. You will not find information about any of the owners on a legitimate business site. They use unsecured websites to fill search engines like google with fake information about them and their website.

Do not send them money, you will not receive the vehicle you are trying to purchase.

They will lure you in from websites like; eBay and Craigslist, possibly other sites as well.

We requested it be cancelled, she said she would cancel it. My bank now says funds in the account we sent the money to is depleted. The account holder is ATG LOGISTICS NY LLC NEW YORK NY 10038.
