This information came to my desk at a credit union that I work for. The scam is someone by the name of 'Brandon Sanderson' who claims to be offering payment in order for people to display decals on their cars/windows to advertise his business. I have received over 25 checks from members and non-members who claim to have been impacted by this scam. These checks are $1,500-$2,000 that has been drawn off of a REAL account- who has now had to close their account and change all of their information.
