app. ,he wanted the whole amount I said no so we agreed that I would pay him the balance once the seats were shipped. The next day he messages me and wants the full amount , he says he needs it to buy material to upholster the seats, I said no, so he becomes irate .I said just return my money, he hangs up and blocks me from messaging him.
