I was in an accident and the employee approached me telling me that he could tow my vehicle. When trying to locate my vehicle no one answered the phone for me or my appraiser. Once I got in touch with them they made excuses everyday for six days now about why they could not meet with me. I looked up their business and realized that nothing comes up for them. they are now charging me $95 a day for holding on to my car that they wont allow me to get to,
