Called the number on the post card. Said they were with Kia my leased co. Said after Jan. 15 or around that date I will have no coverage on my car??? want me to pay 100. today then will send me paper in the mail to extend my warranty. told them know I will call my dealer where I got my Kia from and hung up. I thank God you guys are out there to help people like me. did talk to a real person

American Choice Auto sold me a vehicle service contract for full warranty service on my GMC Yukon Denali on 06-01-2021. It was their platinum plan. They told me at the time that they would pick up where the factory warranty left off. Today, we had to put our vehicle in the dealer shop (Tustin GMC) for a transmission error code that they said would cost me over $1000 to repair. They tried the warranty holder number (877) 646-3363 and got an immediate busy signal. After three tries, they told me to go home and contact this warranty company and forward the information to the dealer so they can process the warranty claim. We have not been able to contact American Choice Auto either by phone or email, so we are assuming that this company is a scam. Would you please look into this and let us know what you find? About a year or so ago I took my car to this business to have my front passenger side strut mount replaced. I brought him the part, he agreed to $200 for the labor to put in the part, and told me to bring it to him. I got my car back and felt like it had not changed much, I later took it to another mechanic that I trust and let me actually see him work on my car, showed me that the part in question was way too rusty and old to have been replaced recently. I had to then pay another $200 or so for a new part and labor for my car to actually be fixed. In conclusion, this man took my part and took my money, I had proof of this earlier but I never knew about the better business bureau until recently. I am filing this complaint so that at least people are aware that this was done. I have left review on Google however I have not forgot about the fact that this person took advantage of me during some of my lowest points of my life.
