I got a letter on 8/14/17, stating that I had to update my auto file for a vehicle that I don't even own. They said that I had to call the toll free number on the letter by 9/7/17, in order to get the warranty. I periodically get calls for extended warranties and emails for quotes from various companies about the same fake vehicle, but this is the first scam letter that I have gotten in the mail. It initially scared me, because I saw what looked like an actual bill on the back of the notice, but after looking at it a little more closely, I saw that it was fake. It turned out to be only an example of a bill for repairs that I might make on the car. I want to report the Automotive Services Department/Endurance Warranty Services, LLC to the BBB, so they are aware of this company's false tactics.
