5/7/20 at 9:17am received a call from a Perryville, KY phone number: [(859)349-6969]. The person who called left a message which the majority of the message used a woman's voice: "...extended warranty. Since we have not gotten a response we are giving you a final courtesy call before we close your file. Press 2 to be removed and put on our Do Not Call list. Press 1 to speak with someone about possibly extending or reinstating your car's warranty. Again press 1 to speak with a warranty specialist."

The remainder of the message left used a generic computerized voice: "We're calling from Automotive Services. If you would like to be removed from our calling list, please call toll free (844) 989-1708."

I believe this is a scam because my phone number has been on the National Do Not Call list for years

Yesterday (4/14 at 10:25am) received a call from a Wilmore, KY phone number: [(859)215-7730]. The person who called left a message which the majority of the message used a woman's voice: "...extended warranty since we have not gotten a response we are giving you a final courtesy call before we close your file. Press 2 to be removed and put on our Do Not Call list. Press 1 to speak with someone about possibly extending or reinstating your car's warranty. Again press 1 to speak with a warranty specialist." I received an automated call, not the first, claiming I should have received a letter about extending my auto warranty and this was a final offer to extend - press 2 to be removed from calling list, press 1 to speak to a rep.

1: I have never receive a letter from this or any other company offering to extend my auto warranty

2: My auto warranty expired years ago

3: these people had the nerve to call me at 6:30am one morning with this scam. I will never do business with a company that does not pay attention to time zones and what time they may call you.

4: why a local number that changes each time?
