I purchased a rear spoiler (Pontiac g8 Wickerbill) on March 24th 2023 from Automotive Aerodynamics and never received it (order number 11344). The company claims it can take a month to ship the product so I waited before reaching out via email (no phone number listed for the business) for the first time on April 29th (see first attachment). The company did not respond. I then waited and reached out a second time, this time I used Facebook messenger for their business profile (see second attachment). Besides the AI bot response, the company still did not respond. I then reached out via email once more for the third time (see third attachment).

Interestingly, what sparked my initial email is that I received an email with a tracking number from automotive aerodynamics on April 20th (tracking: 92612901755477300021690215). The tracking number stated it was in pre-shipment and a shipping label was created at 2am. To this date, the tracking number still says the same thing.

I reached out to my bank several days ago and began a dispute for the loss of funds being $265.00. I am still awaiting finalization of that dispute.
