My family member attempted to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. They refused the extended warranty and were told that because they refused, priority would be given to customers who did purchase the extended warranty. The next day my family member received a phone call informing them that a potential buyer who was willing to purchase extended warranty would be given priority. I feel that this is a high pressure sales tactic to upsell a product that was refused.

This dealership sold me a car and has failed to provide a tag for the car which was already paid for. It is now going on 4 months and according to the County Tag Office my tag still has not been applied for and I am making payments on a car that i cannot drive, in addition to the 2000 dollar down payment I made for the car.
