I purchased a car from autosavvy in march of 2024 I put down 6,000 dollars on a 2015 Hyundai sonata sport the car was 10,000 so I put down more then half only for my car to go out in 4 months it is now October I have been trying my hardest for the past 3 months to get my car fixed the problem with my car is the engine there was 100,00 miles on the car when I received the car in 4months I had only put 12,000 miles on the car I’ve tried to call multiple times to talk to a high up manager but no one calls me back I’ve called for weeks at a time I only get customer service representative that are also really rude I explained my problem to a man named Cameron and he told me that if my engine went out on my car that is just my problem and there was nothing that they could do about it this hole or deal has been frustrating because I have little children that I have to take to and from school and have been spending a load of money to get them to and from school on top of trying to figure out how to get a engine which cost more then I would have even paid for the car and to put down so much money on the car and still be left without a car is quite frankly insane if you ask me I recently stopped trying to get the car fixed after going to multiple car shops to get my car fixed and now I’ve had to endure a repo because I have spent most of my money trying to get around paying a warranty paying fees at different shops for them to tell me that it was a maintenance issue I have all of the receipts of all the oil changes I’ve ever got on the car but none of this matter I’m just hoping maybe I can shed light on this business to help another mother or person from being in this predicament thank you so much in advance
