Auto Parts Direct sell convertible "replacement" tops that are supposed to be equivalent to original replacements. The sell on various platforms, including Amazon. I purchased one of the higher end tops and according to their web site and Amazon add, once the product is delivered instructions will be provided for their "replacement" product. I've called and contacted their company over 10 times with no answer or response. This company is a total scam and has no way to receive a refund or get support for a claim they say they provide but do not. This needs to be illegal, it's false advertising and distributing lies.
