First of all, I placed an order to the website, where leather bags were advertised and they were also shown as a full adult bag not a teenager purse (very small). The material was supposed to be leather and it was a plastic material that would melt in the sun, or shriveled in the rain. From day one I have tried to get in touch with the company’s customer service. I was sent one vague email about the company being in China and how difficult it is to return products back to the factory, plus it had to be within a 30-day window or your refund would be forfeited. But they still didn't send me a return address the place where I found a return address was on the packaging that was sent with the product. I took it to the United States Post Office and mail the package was sent back to Gardena, Ca 90248 I also have delivery date and receipt. I have tried several times to email the company but to no avail have not received an reply. Please help me get a refund and a detachment from AutumNook.
