This company was advertised on Snapchat social media. They impersonated Ugg Boot company stating they had Uggs at a discounted price. I placed my order and I never received any tracking information nor did I receive the package. I sent a ton of emails to this email address [email protected] which was sent through PayPal. I then checked the website again for additional contact information. The website is https://www.auugg.online/ and found this additional email address [email protected] which was bogus too. I filed a dispute with PayPal and the seller provided them with fake USPS tracking info so my case was denied. I fought this case because I knew this company scammed me and they lied to PayPal. After calling PayPal about this they contacted the USPS and verified that the seller gave a wrong tracking number that doesn’t exist in their database and I was granted my money back. I highly recommend to stay away from this company and those email addresses. If you did order and through PayPal contact them and fight like I did, if you haven’t done so already.
