Specifically the employee Roy Shay would trick interested applicants to apply and pay for the application process and fail to state there is an application deadline and lengthen the process by not responding until the application deadline has exceeded. She lied about trying to contact me to provide more information a timely manner, which resulted in her canceling my application because the application exceeded the deadline and was told to reapply and pay an additional $340.
