I ordered my lashes on Nov 7th it was stated my lashes was sent out on Nov 14th I messaged her multiple times and finally got a response with her asking my name and order number now all of a sudden I’m not receiving any messages back and my order number and and order don’t exist anymore which is beyond me she is just a scammer and a horrible person in my opinion

I placed an order with this website back in December of last year and never received it, I decided again this year to place another order to give the business another opportunity and I still didn’t receive an order so I sent her messages on social media and commented on her post. She muted my comments and ignored my messages which she has been doing to many others if you go on her social media platform. There are a ton of customers who are not getting their orders including myself, I still have my order number and email from her for proof. She messaged me back once saying she ran out of a certain item if she could replace it with another and I said yes later on followed with a when will my order come in and she hasn’t replied ever since. When I ordered last year in December she did the same thing I sent her an email and messages on her social media platform and nothing. I have tried to reach her on all her platforms and no response just trying to help others avoid this scam.

I ordered lashes from her October 28th. It is now November 20th. And NOTHING. She claims she’ll ship them out and she doesn’t. Myself, along with thousands of other customers, have not received her products. She is FRAUD. Stealing our money. I’ve reached out multiple times and she claims to help but doesn’t.

Just warning anyone who’s considering buying lashes from this page they do not offer refunds. This is because they know they are sending out and taking peoples money for drugstore lowest of quality lashes that’ll leave you to throw away. they do not accept refunds or exchanges and customer service is unwelcoming and sad. Don’t waste your money. She very rudely is continuously dming me.

This company is running a a fake business. Myself and 100s of people are being mislead. Customer will purchase eyelashes (via web) and months later when trying to contact the seller she states she's on vacation - weeks after emailing / dming/ messaging, every from of contact there's no response!!

This scenario has happened to 1000s of customers. If you check their Insta gram (avacluxe) you'll find comment after comment with the same story.

Please help shut businesses like this down as it's extremely unethical!!!
