The theme is not maintained, is out of date, but they are still charging $99 for the theme, when there are much better-maintained and more featureful ones out there for less money ($60).
Proof: They have spots in the theme where you put social links (facebook, etc) but they don't include obvious ones (YouTube), while including really obscure ones (Dribbble) and ones that are actually defunct (Google+), or dying (Tumblr, Flickr).
Their customer support email is dead. You can send emails to it, but nobody replies to the emails. I requested a refund a week ago and have not heard back.
Parts of the theme settings do not function as intended. For example, changing a button's color, and the text color of the text inside the button, do not work. They are stuck with black text on a black button, so it is permanently in an unusable state.
