I placed an $93 order for facial care product from the website AvaEstell.com, an online store name, Ava Estell. My order was placed on Feb 6th 2026 and I have yet to receive my order. I've emailed support at [email protected] numerous times regarding the status, amd they reply with " There's a delay with shipping ". On March 23rd i requested a refund and on March 26th. I have not received an response to my request. Please help!
