Fake dog rehoming and adoption

Guy has fake Facebook group advertising available puppies for adoption. At first he wanted full money upfront (he states the fee is for delivery) but we agreed to do half now and half when dog was delivered. After giving him half the money I received a transfer of ownership form to sign and the next day I was contacted by the transportation company with a tracking number. At this point I was feeling confident this wasn’t legit until the next day, an hour before the dog was scheduled to depart, I received a notification from the transport company the delivery was on hold and I needed to provide an $800 deposit that would be fully refunded once the dog was delivered. At this point I knew I was being scammed and refused to pay anything more. The transport company then tried to scare me to say I own the dog and if I don’t pay the dog would be quarantined and I would be subjected to bigger fines. I still refused to pay and needless to say no dog and out $450. I’ve attached the fake docs they provide you.
