Scammers who send me some skin serum ( it was some old funky smelly liquid)for shipping. So they have got my email and phone # Order was on 6/12, 2023. Since then I am receiving calls telling me I have to pay for subscription and that I did not cancelled but also never received any other product only that first sample. When they called me first time it was a lady and I told her that I was not aware I did sign for anything and that I want to cancel because I did not like the product. She told me she is going to cancel my subscription. But calls never stops. Just today I received call from a man with Indian accent telling me his name is Lopez which makes me laugh. Totally scammers and I wish someone can do something about it. I also tried to find website, but it does not exist.

This was a free trial. The site only said free trial. But they charged my card 121.25 and tried to charge my card 126 but I locked my card. The free trial was for face lotion and serum. They charged my card 3 times and tried a fourth, but I locked my card. I called them and they will not refund my money even though I did not have product for 14 days. They also charged my card from 4 different companies and the email came from a different company. Here is the company names. Tailorscraft ,chicsistersw, seasonstrive,precisionhom, and the email was from another company called straight fit keto. Here’s the email I sent a complaint to. [email protected] and [email protected]. And they were no help. And the serum and lotion I have. I think it was repackaged and may not be the product it should be. I looked up the name and their package and stuff are different colors. They scammed me for sure. They are using different names and emails for different companies and my free trial should have been with Avaley. I called them and requested the terms and conditions. They told me I have to get it from the website. I said which website. He said he didn’t know. I said you have my account there. How do you not know. They refused to send me the terms and conditions. Or tell me where I can find the terms. They told me they could not refund because of the terms. But then tells me he can’t email them to me. Because he don’t know which site. If he don’t know which site . How does he know what the terms are.
