Avalia is a scam
The tracking number doesn't work it is now December and I still haven't received my package. I have written to them 3 times now with no reply.
This company is a scam do not buy from them.
I ordered from Avalia Los Angeles from an instagram ad because they were having a "50% off flash SALE!" and immediately regretted it after placing it--feeling a sinking feeling in my gut.
I thought I was scammed because I forgot the full name of the company after the instagram ad, never received a confirmation email, any updates, or info at all after my order was placed.
I had ZERO updates from Sept 15th (when my order was placed), until last week (December 9th), when I received a text with a tracking number saying your order from Avalia has shipped!
I received the items Friday, Dec 10th, 2021, and everything is SUPER low quality; everything written in Chinese on the tags and plastic, the individual products and overall package were the lowest-quality plastic/shipping bags.
No invoice. No return info.
I called the number on the website today, Dec 16th, 2021 at 11 am MST (normal customer service hours), and it immediately went to voicemail.
I emailed to ask about returns--as nothing fits and nothing looks like the ads--we'll see if I even get a response.
Reporting because this company at the very least is scamming people into buying low quality, [censored]ty products and paying for fake reviews.
Will update this review if Avalia bothers to contact me or assist in any way.
I called and the phone number goes directly to voicemail.
The return email is actually fake and my message was not delivered.
I look at the return policy, and it says "we will refund you if it's within 30 days of ordering and your product was not on sale!"
Guess what though? They are always having a sale (even now, the site shows a "summer sale" code to add to your orders and it's 1 week away from Christmas), and my product arrived 3 months after I ordered (I ordered on Sept 15th, and they arrived Dec 9th).
I will never order again.
$85 lost/wasted.
